Timothy J. Eiden

A native of Brainerd, Minnesota, Tim graduated with honors from both Gustavus Adolphus College, where he earned a degree in business administration and was selected as the commencement speaker, and William Mitchell College of Law. He put himself through college selling fishing tackle and teaching tennis and skiing.
Admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Tim has tried more than 110 cases to a verdict. He represents clients in the areas of civil litigation, insurance law and personal injury defense. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator and is recognized by the Minnesota Supreme Court as a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice to act as a neutral in court-referred cases. Tim is a multiple recipient of the Super Lawyer designation and has been awarded the highest (AV) rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory based on the reviews of his peers. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel and the Minnesota State Bar Association, at one time serving as chair of the Civil Litigation Section of that organization. He is a frequent speaker at client events and continuing legal education seminars.
Tim has served as president of the Greater Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Dunn County and the Gustavus Adolphus College Alumni Association and as Chair of the board of the Northwest Family YMCA, which honored him as its Volunteer of the Year, and on the board of Stepping Stones of Dunn County. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Menomonie.
Tim enjoys time with his family, boating, golfing, downhill skiing and traveling.
Karen K. Hatfield

Karen has been a litigator since she graduated from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to law school, Karen graduated in the top of her class in obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. While working on her business degree, Karen also played volleyball for UW-Stout.
She practices in the areas of personal injury, wills and trusts, uninsured/underinsured motor litigation, legal investigation and analysis of complex claims, insurance litigation and no-fault insurance. She also serves as a qualified civil mediator and arbitrator. Karen has been recognized by her peers as a top lawyer by a number of distinguished organizations. In addition, to representing clients, Karen regularly is asked to provide presentations for clients and attorneys on a variety of areas pertaining to civil litigation. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado.
In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, running marathons (including Boston Marathon multiple years), downhill skiing and playing volleyball with friends.
